The villa boasts 3 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a guest WC. Additionally, there are 2 Murphy beds perfect for children of any age. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ever-changing sea from the living and dining rooms. Outside, a spacious garden and large terrace provide an ideal setting for al fresco dining. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that makes cooking a pleasure and offers both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Most windows are equipped with mosquito nets for added comfort. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Rinse off the salt from the sea in the garden shower. Parking is plentiful in the garden area.
House Rules
1) It is crucial to refrain from disposing of paper towels or any other items in the toilets due to the delicate nature of the sewage system in Greece. 2) Please ensure that garden furniture is not left on the lawn in the evening, as the sprinklers operate throughout the night. 3) Air conditioners should only be operated using the remote controls and with windows closed. 4) Washing and dishwashing machines should never be interrupted during operation. After completing their cycles, please leave their doors open for a minimum of 2 hours to ensure complete drying and prevent mold buildup for the next guest's comfort. 5) Items such as chairs, beach chairs, and umbrellas should not be left unattended at the beach. 6) Kindly observe quiet hours between 3 and 5 pm, as well as after 11 pm, to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbours.

The property is governed by the 'Natura' legislation, which safeguards its innate charm and ecological integrity. Consequently, despite the presence of a barbecue facility, its use is prohibited during excessively hot or windy conditions by legal mandate.
